Lebanon is fully boycotting it, while Egypt is sending a junior minister, and Saudi Arabia is sending a low-level delegation.

This is believed to be a sign of the tensions over the Lebanese political crisis.

Many are unhappy about these decisions, which will discredit the Arab League summit greatly.

Egypt stated that the junior cabinet minister will head the delegation to the summit set to kick off Saturday.

Saudi Arabia also stated they will only send a low-level delegation.

Lebanon has decided to completely boycott the summit altogether.

The moves are all believed to be shots at the host, Syria.
