Washington (OTL) - A custodian at the Oregon State Hospital’s Portland campus is facing charged for sodomy after he had sex with a female patient.
56-year old Francisco Nunez has been arrested, and is accused of reportedly sodomizing a 47-year old female patient.
Over the course of the past 12 months, he reportedly had sex with the female patient on four different occasions.
In one instance, the two were seen by a worker while they were in the act, according to a local news outlet in Oregon, KATU.com
The man is not believed to have forced himself onto the patient.
He faces charges consisting of four counts of first-degree official misconduct, as well as four counts of first-degree sodomy.
