Over 1,000 people have been forced to evacuate as a wildfire began to creep into the hills north east of Los Angeles, California on Sunday.
The fire now spreads 400-acres and started on Saturday afternoon.
The fire began due to near-record temperatures in Southern California. The fire is still under investigation though in regards to its origin.
Temperatures are expected to continue to climb and may reach 97 degrees Fahrenheit.
The only saving grace to battle the fire will be low winds. A lot of land is being burned though, with around 500 homes under a mandatory evacuation order.
It is believed that the fire will take four to five days to contain fully.
