The Republicans are looking more and more likely to win the White House in 2008 as the Democrats are far from unified.

According to many political analysts, McCain should not even be close to leading in the polls.

Because of the continued battles between Obama and Clinton though, McCain actually stands ahead of both of them.

Recent national polls have shown that more American are likely to vote for McCain, no matter who he goes against, wether it be Obama or Clinton.

One of the final major primaries are also unlikely to garner a solution for the two candidates, as neither will be able to win enough votes to security the Democratic nomination.

So until one of them backs down for the good of the party, McCain keeps looking better and better.
