Boston – According to a new autopsy, the third wife of Drew Peterson, Kathleen Savio, was a victim of homicide as the autopsy revealed she was murdered.
The autopsy was ordered after the fourth wife of Peterson, Stacy, disappeared back in October.
Savio’s death was found to be caused by homicide, as she was drowned to death according to forensic pathologist Larry Blum.
Peterson stated he was shocked by the results.
He responded by saying “You’re kidding me. Unbelievable. That’s hard to believe. I’m shocked.”
The 40-year-old Savio was found dead in the bathtub of her home on March 1, 2004. She was in the middle of a divorce with Peterson.
His fourth wife, Stacy, has been missing now since October 29th.
