Chris Rock testified on Friday in the trial of Anthony Pellicano. He testified that he hired the former private eye to investigate the claim of a Hungarian model that he was the father of her child.
Rock stated that he kept Pellicano on the case after it was proven that he was not the father of the child. This wa sbecause the woman, Monkia Zsibrita, stated he sexually assaulted her.
Rock was the first witness of the day, announced by Asst. U.S. Attorney Daniel Saunders.
He testified for around 12-minutes and kept very low-key for the most part.
He stated he could not remember how much he paid Pellicano back in 1999. He also stated he had no knowledge of him and he was just going on what his lawyers told him.
He stated he was never contacted by law enforcement in connection with the sexual assault allegations.
