Walter Alexander told police that O.J. stated that he wanted the men to bring firearms to the location. He told police after his arrest on September 15th that he and another man showed up with guns per the request of O.J. Simpson.

They then went into a casino hotel room to get the sports items O.J. stated belonged to him and were stolen from him.

The attorney for Simpson, Yale Galanter, stated that the position of Simpson remains that there were no guns brought to the room and he did not tell anyone to bring guns.

Galanter stated “There was no reason for Mr. Simpson to tell anyone to bring guns. he was going to see people he knew.”

46-year-old Alexander has turned on Simpson though stating that he was indeed ordered to bring those guns to the scene for the job.
