Boston (OTL) - Research In Motion (RIM) has unleashed the BlackBerry Storm to go on the attack against the Apple iPhone.
RIM finally has their iPhone killer, and it is in the form of their first ever touch screen device, the Storm.
The phone is going to release via Verizon Wireless, as well as Vodafone.
The BlackBerry Storm has yet to be given an exact price or release date, but many now are stating that this is the device to dethrone the iPhone.
The phone will feature a clickable touch screen, meaning it dips in when you click it, like you are hitting a button.
The touch-screen on the BlackBerry Storm comes in at 3.25 inches with 480 X 360 resolution, 184ppi.
It will run on the 3G EV-DO Rev. 1 network of Verizon Wireless.
It also offers a full HTML browser, accelerometer, icons at the bottom of the screen, built-in RSS support, and more.
Basically the BlackBerry Storm has it all, and is set to be the phone to own this holiday season!
