The new private browsing feature is known as InPrivate, and will allow for added security enhancements for users.

The idea behind it is to allow users to surf the internet anonymously, being very private.

This will allow users to suspend their browsing history, cookies, etc.

In such other cases, other identifying information can also be blocked.

Apple Safari also included a feature in its browser.  Firefox 3, on the other hand, does not.

InPrivate allows you to browser anonymously, while not deleting all of your history.
