Boston - Rockstar and its parent company Take-Two got off quite cheap when reaching a settlement for the infamous GTA Hot Coffee mod.
The mod was featured in the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, which allowed a virtual sex mini-game to begin.
In total, just 2,676 people came forward to file claims in response to Hot Coffee. Rockstar’s parent company, Take-Two, paid out less than $30,000 to settle all lawsuits.
Those who filed a complaint received anywhere from $5 to $35 each.
The lawsuit came after a secret code in Grand Theft Auto: San Andrea allowed a sex mini-game to be played.
Take-Two will still have to make an $860,000 charitable contribution.
