It appears that God of War III has been given a release date on the Sony PS3, at least according to retailers.
Retailers such as GameStop and Amazon have begun to take pre-orders for the upcoming God of War III.
The game has been confirmed as a 2009 release from Sony, but many believed it would be release in Christmas 2009.
This is not the case according to GameStop and Amazon, as they are taking pre-orders for a release on March 2, 2009.
The game is priced at $59.99 as expected on the PS3.
More information is expected to be revealed at E3 this year.
