Consumer Reports put out their personal computer support ratings, and once again gave the top prize to Apple Inc.
Apple leads all once again in terms of customer support for personal computers.
Personal computers, per usual, ranked as the most troublesome product for consumers. Apple beat out the competition scoring 80 ot of 100 in both desktop and notebook support.
They were the only company to do this, as the 2nd best had a score of 66 out of 100, and only in one category.
Apple also solved the problems of consumers 80% of the time.
Coming in second was Lenovo with notebook support at 66 out of 100.
Dell was in third for notebooks with 60 out of 100, and second in desktops with 56 out of 100.
