The book will contain the best content from the Germany version of Wikipedia.German publishing giant Bertelsmann AG has stated on Wednesday that they plan to publish a one-volume reference book of the online encyclopedia, Wikipedia.

The book will contain the best content from the Germany version of Wikipedia.

The book will span 993-pages and will have 1,000 illustrations, 50,000 definitions, and will retail for 20 euros.

The book will contain the most searched terms from the past year, instead of trying to cram in all 740,000 entries.

It is believed that this will turn into a yearly book that will be released.

This is a bit of a surprise to many as Wikipedia is constantly edited for errors and such by users. There will be no way to edit the book once it is out unless it comes supplied with white-out.
