Washington (OTL) - According to a new study, vitamin D is key to a healthy heart.
Vitamin D has been known to be something which can keep bones nice and strong.
New research led by Dr. James H. O’Keefe from the Mid America Heart Institute in Kansas City has also found that it can do much more.
Researches have found vitamin D is key to a healthy heart, as it can greatly improve the strength of a person’s heart.
A lack of vitamin D has been found to double the risk of heart attack, stroke, or other cadiac events, compared directly to high levels of vitamin D.
The study will be published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology on December 9th.
