According to a new study, you can cut your risk of cancer with sleep and regular exercise.Washington (OTL) - According to a new study, you can cut your risk of cancer with sleep and regular exercise.

The long-term study was carried out on a total of 6,000 U.S. women and found that exercise and sleep helped cut the risk of cancer greatly.

What they found was that the risk of cancer was reduced by 25% in those who exercised and slept enough.

Tihs compared directly to those in the study that did not get exercise during the week.

Younger women who slept less than 7 hours each night had a 47% higher risk of being diagnosed with cancer.

What this means is that the combination of sleep and exercise are very important to staying healthy and reducing the risk of cancer.

The study was presented at a conference sponsored by the American Association for Cancer Research.
