By identifying a woman’s cancer genome researchers can finally formulate ways to produce more effective cancer treatments.Boston (OTL) – A woman’s cancer genome has been decoded. The woman whose cancer genome was detected was in her fifties and had died after having battled acute myelogenous leukemia for almost two years. Most people who get this form of leukemia are over the age of sixty and usually they do not live longer than five years.
