The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices has advised to the CDC that it is very important for these kids to be immunized each and every year.

The panel agreed unanimously to recommend that all kids between 6-months and 18-years-old be vaccinated.

They stated that, at the latest, all kids should get a flu vaccination by the 2009-2010 flu season.

They expect 7 million more kids to be vaccinated against the flu due to this vaccination.

This season alone 22 kids in the U.S. have died from the flu.
