Comedian Jerry Seinfeld had some pretty strong words for the controversial Lady Gaga this past weekend.
While the comedian took to the mike as a guest commentator for the Mets-Detroit game, he pointed to some recent events involving the famous singer, Lady Gaga. He went so far as to say that Lady Gaga owed a certain fan base an apology.
“I’m very protective of my Met fans. I love my Met fans,” Seinfeld said. “She should make a nice apology to the Met fans. Come on….then I’m willing to forget the whole thing.”
Seinfeld was referring to an incident that occurred earlier this season when Lady Gaga crashed a Mets game and was moved into his luxury box suite at Citi Field when she raised both of her middle fingers to fans who greeted her with boos.
“This woman is a jerk, I hate her. I can’t believe they put her in my box, which I paid for,” Seinfeld said.
He jokingly said that he is a fan of Lady Gaga. Something says he might have been kidding.
“It’s fair to say that we’re all big fans of Lady Gaga…lame, out-of-it white guys in their mid-50s is her core audience,” Seinfeld admitted sarcastically.
