Robert Pattinson was reportedly hit by a taxi in New York as he attempted to elude a gang of intense fans.
Though five security guards were reportedly protecting the actor, they still couldn’t protect him from a taxicab that hit him in the hip.
The Twilight star, who is presently in New York filming his new movie Remember Me – was hit by a taxi on the street outside the Strand bookstore in downtown New York Thursday.
Luckily, the driver of the cab hit the breaks breaks upon impact and the 23-year-old heartthrob walked away from the incident unharmed.
The 23-year-old’s security squad were said to be bery angry with the group of fans that caused the acciden.
A security guard reportedly said to the crowd: “You see what you did, you almost killed him.”
Pattinson has now hired his own security in addition to that provided by the studio.
