Hollywood (OTL) - Jay-Z has announced that he is going to be performing two free shows in support of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.
Jay-Z, the hip hop icon, will perform the two free shows this weekend in Detroit, as well as Miami.
This is all part of a major voter-registration drive to get people to get out and vote tor Barack Obama.
He will encourage voters to register, and to come out and vote for Obama come November 4th, Election Day.
The registration deadlines in Michigan and Florida is October 6th, meaning that it is important to register now in these key battleground states.
