Washington (OTL) – Mel Gibson has successfully completed all probation requirements stemming from his DUI arrest.
The judge told him on Wednesday, “Now, you’re on your own.”
Superior Court Judge Lawrence Mira stated “Good luck to you as you continue on your rehabilitation.”
Gibson stated “Thank you, your honor.”
The 52-year-old Gibson pleaded no contest back in August 2006 to a misdemeanor charge of DUI.
He was sentenced to three years probation.
He has completed all terms of his probation, even though the probation is still going for 18 months technically.
