Washington - According to reports, Shakira has left her record company to sign a major deal with Live Nation.
Shakira has followed the path fo Jay-Z and others as she has signed a 10-year deal with Live Nation, worth at least $70 million.
The 31-year old Colombian-born singer will sign a 10-year international deal with Live Nation.
The deal will involve touring, recordings, sponsorship, and merchandising.
The recording aspect of her career is will Epic still, but all touring and other rights will be handled by Live Nation.
