Hollywood - Rush Limbaugh has signed a deal to stay on the air until the year 2016.
Rush Limbaugh is getting ready to near his 20th anniversary as one of talk radio’s biggest figured, along with Howard Stern and others.
He has signed a lucrative deal with Premiere Radio Networks which will have him on the air until 2016.
The details of the deal were not disclosed as of Wednesday, but Limbaugh told the New York Times that he would be getting a nine-figure signing bonus.
The total deal comes out to $38 million a year.
His show, which is broadcast from his office in Florida, is heard on 600 radio stations across the U.S., by more than 14 million people every week.
