Actress Anne Heche from the show Men in Trees has come out and stated she can no longer afford to pay child and spousal support.
The 38-year old actress is out of work since the show was dropped by its network, and since then she cannot get work due to the impending strike by the Screen Actors Guild.
She has to pay around $15,000 each month for child support for her 6-year old son Homer, along with other bills for her house, rent, etc.
The judge on the case ruled that she can have her payments delayed until July so she can try to get work again to pay the fees.
