The former girlfriend of rapper 50 Cent, Shaniqua Tompkins, has filed a lawsuit against the rap star. She is also the mother of his 10-year old son Marquise.
She is suing 50 Cent over the fact that he wants to throw her and his son out of their Long Island home.
The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday in New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan.
She is asking a judge to rule that she has a right to live in the home which 50 Cent bought.
The $2.4 million home she lives in was apparently promised to her by 50 Cent in order for her to care for their son.
50 Cent also pays monthly child support.
There has been no comment as of yet from 50 Cent or his lawyer.
The former girlfriend claims to have been there by his side when he was shot in 2000 and nursed him back to health.
