The three remaining members of the Beach Boys are very happy after a settlement has been reached in a legal dispute over the rights to the Beach Boys’ name.
The agreement was reached on Wednesday, following two days of talks led by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge.
The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
It is believed though that a settlement has been reached, with a reunion now expected for the three surviving co-founders of the group, Brian Wilson, Mike Love, and Al Jardine.
It is said that the Beach Boys are now feeling the good vibrations and have cleaned up a lot of negative history.
The decision affirmed that Love is the sole licensee of the Beach Boys name.
