Michael Jackson has reached a deal apparently to avoid an auction of his property, the Neverland Ranch.
Neverland was set to go up for auction next week if he did not come up with an agreement ot try and pay off his debt.
The attorney for Jackson, L. Londell McMillan, stated to the AP that an agreement has been worked out to allow Jackson to keep Neverland.
McMillan stated “Neverland and MJ are fine.”
The agreement has been reached with Fortress Investment Group LLC.
He will be able to retain full ownership of Neverland, the 2,500-acre spread in central California.
