Pamela Anderson, according to recently revealed court documents, is seeking an annulment from her husband of 2-months, Rick Salomon.
She is not seeking a divorce, rather is seeking an annulment due to fraud.
Anderson’s publicist has yet to put out any comment as of early Wednesday morning.
Anderson asked the court on Tuesday to not award spousal support and to keep her the property and income of the two separate completely.
Anderson wants a retired judge to handle the annulment process.
She wants to keep the situation private and out of court.
Anderson, 40-years-old, got married to Salomon on October 6th in Las Vegas. They separated on December 13th.
Salomon is famous for his acting in a sex videotape with Paris Hilton.
