Mischa Barton, the former star of The O.C., was charged with driving under the influence, as well as possession of marijuana on Tuesday.
Police stated that the charged stem back from her arrest in December.
She was also charged with driving without a valid license.
She will be arraigned on the charges on Thursday in Beverly Hills Superior Court.
The 22-year-old Barton was arrested back in December in West Hollywood.
She was driving on two lanes of traffic and did no signal when making a turn.
