Michael Jackon’s Neverland Ranch will be put up for public auction next month unless the pop icon is able to pay the roughly $24 million he owes.
Jackson owes themoney on the property of the Neverland ranch and apparently it is not looking like he will be able to pay for it all.
The auction date has been set for March 19th. Financial Title Co. filed the notice of the sale with Santa Barbara County Superior Court.
The manager of the company, Julie Wagner, confirmed that Neverland is going up for auction.
Jackson has until the auction date to get the money together for his estate.
The initial asking price, if it does go to auction, will be $24.5 million, the amount he owes due mainly to interest, as well as other costs.
