Los Angeles - Britney Spears has been charged with an alleged hit-and-run incident.
She has also been charged with driving without a valid license.
These are both in direct connection to a crash she had in a car park last month. The crash took place on August 6th. Spears is facing a long custody battle right now with Kevin Federline which is getting more vicious by the day.
As news like this breaks out it can only mean bad news for Britney Spears in the long run as she continues to try and keep custody of her kids.
If found guilty Spears is facing up to 6 months in jail as well as a fine.
She drove her car into another vehicle as she tried to turn into a parking space according to the report. This took place in a Studio City parking lot.
