Amazon’s site went down originally at around 1:30 p.m. EDT on Friday for around 2-hours.
Customers received a page with an error code when trying to access the site.
Amazon continued to have problems functioning right up until Monday when more problems persisted with customers not being able to access the site.
Amazon has not stated why these problems took place, but answers are likely soon.
